We recently hired Teakwood for a home renovation project, and we couldn't be more pleased. From start to finish, their professionalism was outstanding. Every step of the process was handled with care and clear communication. The team was incredibly thorough, paying attention to even the smallest details, and their craftsmanship shows in their work. What truly set them apart was their willingness to collaborate—they listened to our ideas, offered expert advice, and made us feel part of the process. The final result exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Teakwood to anyone looking for top-quality renovation work!

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the experience of a lifetime in designing and building our home in partnership with Teakwood! Their entire team shepherded us through the process from stubby pencil brainstorming to finished product with an attention to detail rarely seen these days. If you are considering building your own home, I highly recommend reaching out to Teakwood Enterprises, Inc before you settle for run-of-the-mill.

We had a wonderful experience with Teakwood. A friend recommended them and they were attentive to detail and prompt to respond to any inquiries every step of the way. We used them for an extension to our home which included a full inlaw suite apartment, new two car garage, residing the house, replacing the roof, and renovating all our existing bathrooms (along with other little things as well). Stephen designed and created beautiful spaces that are both comfortable and functional. Our project manager was always available and couldn’t have made us happier. We made little (and large) tweaks along the way that he was always willing to work through with us. As we were living in the project through the home renovation, they always took great care in attempting to keep from inconveniencing us. We also have a special needs son with a lung condition who was on a ventilator at home at the time, and they went above and beyond to ensure any dust was kept to a minimum in our living spaces. Anytime we found any tiny issues, they were always prompt in repairing it (which I can say from experience is rare amongst project managers in other home renovations I’ve been through). In any renovation, there will always be bumps along the road, but Teakwood will ensure that from start to finish you will be more than satisfied with your project!

My husband & I are finishing up a garage-to-primary-bedroom-suite conversion.
We worked with Teakwood Enterprises,
Throughout the build, Teakwood has been efficient, communicative and skilled. They have been true to their word and transparent about pricing and scope of the project—i.e., no surprises. Clean up has been great as well.
For us, working with Teakwood has been a joy and a blessing! We HIGHLY recommend them.

I live on a dirt road where Teakwood just finished building a new home. The construction process degraded the road a tiny bit. This company came in and basically rebuilt the entire road. They did not have to do this much work on the road. I can’t thank them enough for doing that. If they do this type of thing for the road I can’t believe how good they must be building a house.

I had a garage built buy Teakwood Enterprises last year and had excellent results. The owner of the company was easy to work with and made sure all work was completed on schedule. The company provides great customer service and backs every promise.
